Use our business customer services remotely

Become a customer

To open an account for a legal entity, fill in an application on our website. After applying, bank employees will contact you to provide the necessary documents and provide consultation for products suitable for your company’s needs. All documents are signed either by e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Smart-ID and electronic signature

Smart-ID enables to sign digital agreements and it is also the easiest way to log in to Luminor|DNB internet bank and mobile bank. More information about Smart-ID can be found here.

To electronically sign documents, you need Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). If you have Smart-ID Basic account, then you can upgrade it to QES within minutes. Watch the video how you can do it.

Cards

Contactless payment limit is increased from 25 Euros to 50 Euros per payment to make physical card payments as safe as possible.

Order a new card

Order a new card through the Internet Bank. After selecting the desired card on the website, you are directed to the right place in the Internet Bank for other card ordering actions. Only an authorized representative of the company can order cards for other employees of the company. Cards are delivered by mail to the address provided. Urgent issuing is not available via postal delivery.

Activate a card

Cards are activated in the Cards section of the internet bank only by an authorized representative of the company. If you have any questions related to card activation, please find more detailed answers here.

Change the cash withdrawal limit of a card

A person authorized to represent the company may fill out an application under Applications → New application → Payment cards → Request to change payment card transacton limits. Please be aware that changing the card payment limit is a paid service and fees apply.

Block and unblock a card

A person authorized to represent the company can block or unblock payment cards in the Cards section of the internet bank. Card owner can block the card also by calling +370 5 239 3444.

Change PIN code

Luminor|Nordea card owner can request a new PIN code to be delivered to the original delivery address of the card either by sending a free-form application via Luminor|Nordea internet bank message or by calling +370 5 239 3444.

Accounts

Opening an additional account requires a free-form request through internet bank. Follow the instructions described on the bank's website.

You can check your company’s account balance in your internet bank.

Payments

Change internet bank payment limits

Luminor|DNB internet bank users can fill out an application for changing the limits in the Applications section of the internet bank.

Luminor|Nordea internet bank users can fill in the form in the internet bank.

Daily banking packages

Apply for a daily banking package

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, you can start using a daily banking package by ordering it in your internet bank under the section Service packages.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, you can start using a daily banking package by ordering it in your internet bank under the section Applications → Netbank and business packages application.

Change the daily banking package

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, you can switch your daily banking package by ordering a change in your internet bank under the section Service packages.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, you can switch your daily banking package by ordering a change in your internet bank under the section Applications → Netbank and business packages application.

Loans

Apply for lending products

Company can apply for lending products by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page.

Apply for loan holiday/grace period

Company can apply for a loan holiday/grace period by sending us a free form application via Luminor’s internet bank.
 
All lending-related agreements in the remote channels have to be signed electronically with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Leasing

Apply for leasing products

Company can apply for lending products by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page.

Apply for leasing grace period

Company can apply for a leasing grace period by filling out an application, signing it and sending it to lizingas@luminor.lt.
 
All leasing-related agreements and grace period applications in the remote channels have to be signed electronically with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

E-commerce Gateway

Company can apply for E-commerce Gateway by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page.

E-commerce Gateway agreement can only be signed electronically in the remote channels with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).

Savings

Open a term deposit

If you use Luminor|DNB internet bank, you can open a new term deposit in your internet bank under the section Savings/investments → Saving → New deposit.

If you use Luminor|Nordea internet bank, you can open a new term deposit in your internet bank under the section Saving & Investment → Deposit → One time deposit.

Add new internet bank user

Luminor|DNB internet bank users can add a new internet bank user in the internet bank under Applications → New application, then choosing Accounts as Document groups and Add a new user to the Internet Bank and/or grant credidentials as Applications.

Luminor|Nordea internet bank users can fill in the application in the internet bank.
 
Only existing Luminor private customers can be added as legal entities new internet bank users.

Internet bank and mobile bank

For most of the remote services the easiest and often only way to access them is by using Luminor’s internet bank or mobile bank. To start using our internet bank call +370 5 239 3444.

Internet bank agreement can be remotely signed only with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature (watch the video how you can get it).
