Your account details will remain unchanged.
It doesn’t matter if you are a client of DNB or Nordea – in Luminor your account details and other personal information will remain the same.
No changes to debit or credit cards.
In Luminor you can keep using your DNB or Nordea debit and credit cards. We will be offering you brand new Luminor cards in the nearest future.
Both ATM networks – with the same conditions.
Now, cach-in and withdraw money with your DNB branded card also in Nordea ATMs free of charge. The same conditions apply for the users of Nordea branded cards with regards to cash withdrawals from DNB ATMs.
You can still use your Internet bank.
For the time being you will continue using the existing Internet banking solutions of DNB and Nordea. However, one of Luminor's future priorities will be to develop new contemporary digital channels.
Other branches – for both new and existing customers.
Other branches will keep serving their existing customers, as well as the new customers of Luminor.
