How does it work?

How and for whom:

  • If you have a valid passport or ID card of Lithuanian Republic
  • If you are a private person over the age of 18 years who is a citizen of Lithuania
  • If you have a permanent residence in Lithuania
  • No need to visit us in a branch, but still we would like you to spend some time for a short video call with us (Mon-Fri from 8:00-20:30)

You will also need:

  • Certified Smart-ID or Mobile-ID issued in Lithuania
  • HD web camera and microphone
  • Internet browser: Google Chrome, Mozzila Firefox, Safari or Opera
  • Operating system: Windows, macOS, iOS or Android

2. Visit us in branch

If you don’t have certified Smart-ID or Mobile signature:

  • Please visit Luminor customer service center
  • Don’t forget to bring passport or ID card with you
  • If you are foreign country citizen, additional documents will be required
