Typical example of housing loan: If the loan amount is EUR 110.000, the variable annual interest rate is 5,03 %, a one-off agreement fee is EUR 0, the agreement duration is 25 years, the monthly account maintenance fee is EUR 1.30, the mortgage registration fee for SE Centre of Registers is EUR 8.60, and 300 repayments are made by annuity, then the monthly payment will be EUR 645, the total amount paid by the borrower – EUR 193,504.00 and the annual percentage rate of charge (APR) – 5.17 %.
Pledged collateral must be insured. Notary fees, real estate evaluation, insurance costs and costs related to additional products and services if chosen by you are not known to the bank and therefore are not included in the annual percentage rate of charge. Your loan is guaranteed against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up with repayments.
If a credit agreement is concluded in foreign currency, i.e. a credit is granted to a customer in a currency other than their income or the assets from which the credit is to be repaid, or in a currency other than that of the customer’s state of residence (the EU Member State), the change of the foreign currency compared to euro may significantly increase the amount of the credit and monthly payments.
 
Typical example of leasing: Assuming that the price of a car selected is EUR 26,000, the financial lease period is 5 years (60 months), and the down payment is EUR 2,600, i.e., 10 %, so the total amount of credit would be EUR 23,400. The administration fee for preparation of the agreement is EUR 260 and the variable leasing interest rate is 1.45 % + 3‑month Euribor (value on calculation day 3.47 %), the total payment amount paid would be EUR 26,703.80, the annual rate of the total consumer credit price – 5.52 %, and the monthly payment – EUR 440.73. The example is informative. The car must be insured with CASCO insurance, at the expense of the consumer, with an insurance undertaking acceptable to Luminor Lizingas UAB (the insurance costs are not included in the annual rate of the total consumer credit price).
