As soon as your application is approved, we’ll e-mail you the agreements in 1 business day for signing via Dokobit using your Smart-ID Qualified or eID.

  • When you’ve signed your agreements, download and save them – they contain your account number and internet bank login ID. You can log onto the internet bank using your Smart-ID.
  • If you’ve ordered a payment card, you’ll receive it at the address you provided within 5 -7 business days. You will get SMS when card will be ready and sent. To activate the card, log onto your internet bank / Accounts and cards / My cards after which you’ll also receive your PIN. Please also make sure to take a look at our Payment Card Rules and price list.

As soon as the contracts are signed by both you and Luminor, you can start using Luminor services!

For extra safety, please remember – never share your PIN code, card number, or three-digit CVV/CVC code (on the back of your card) with anyone, and be cautious with any transaction you carry out.
