Please be informed that in order to assure the smooth usage of M‑signature, we have implemented systemic changes. From 25th of October, 2020 you will be asked to introduce your phone number when logging in to internet and mobile banks using M‑signature for the first time.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that from 25th of October, 2020 before you try to authenticate purchase using M‑signature initiated with payment card in e-shops participating in the Visa Security Program (i.e., marked with the “Visa Secure” or “Verified by Visa logo”), you might be asked to log in to internet or mobile bank using the mentioned authentication method for the first time. After loggin in, you should repeat the purchase.

Be careful and never disclose your login details of internet and mobile banks. Also, do not verify transactions on your phone if they were not initiated by you. More information about the M‑signature can be found here.
