The start of our banking journey was the result of great changes, which continue to accompany us today as we move towards improved digital services and solutions.

From 1st of July we will be making the transition to an automated cash service at our Customer service centers. This means that our staff will no longer be performing cash transactions. However, you will still be able to deposit and withdraw cash via our ATMs. You will find your nearest Luminor ATM on our website. Our staff is happy to assist you in case you are using ATMs inside or outside of our branches and need any help or guidance.

If using our ATMs to deposit and withdraw cash doesn’t meet your company’s needs, please get in touch with our partners G4S Lietuva or EUROCASH1 to arrange a cash transport service.

Accordingly to the changes we will update our Pricelist and the Payment Service Rules - we will remove/update provisions related to cash services, payment and code cards:

We want to remind that till 1st  of July you have the right to disagree with Payment Service Rules changes and refuse specific services, which conditions have been changed, without any charges.
