Information about unifying core banking systems

Luminor plans to unify its existing banking systems into one until the end of Q3 2019. We will process with retail customers and perform this in waves – first and foremost the benefits of a unified platform will be available to customers who have simple banking products. We will later transfer more complex bank products and services

As your transfer date comes closer, you will receive an information letter to help you to log in to a unified system and activate new cards.

The changes above do not affect Luminor|DNB customers.

Information for customers, using Luminor|Nordea

Private customers

  • You will receive personalized notifications closer to the date of the implementation of actual changes.
  • You will receive a letter that will explain how to login to internet bank
  • Newly issued Visa cards will be sent to address provided by you in the internet bank. Please log in to Luminor|Nordea to ensure you have provided a correct address.
  • IMPORTANT   If you have received letter, that your account number changes, you will find new account number in Luminor|DNB system. We advice you to inform your employer, state authorities and other parties who are making payments to you about the changed account number.
  • Accounts with different currencies will be replaced with one multicurrency account.

Business customers

We plan to announce more information about unification of systems for business customers in Q2 2019.

How to prepare for change?

Update contact information

  • We will send you an individual message with detailed information regarding the changes and we will specify exact date, when the migration of your data will take place.
  • Please renew your contact data in Luminor|Nordea Internet bank or by calling +370 5 219 7115, if it has changed recently.
  • Continue to use all the services offered by Luminor as usually through Luminor|Nordea Internet bank, receive and transfer money to and from accounts, perform payments with your current debit card.

Look for personal letter

  • Closer to migration of your data ad products we will send you:
    • A new VISA payment card
    • Information how to log in to the new Luminor|DNB Internet bank
  • After you received this information, you may download Smart-ID and start learning how to use the Luminor|DNB Internet bank. Here you will see your new bank account.
  • Continue to use all the services offered by Luminor as usually through Luminor|Nordea Internet bank, receive and transfer money to and from accounts, perform payments with your current debit card.

After the transfer

  • After a successful transfer of your data you will be able to log in to the new Luminor|DNB Internet bank, use the new VISA card and new account, as well as the whole set of Luminor services.
  • You will receive all your payments to new account and you can perform all the payments only from this account.
  • Luminor|Nordea internet and mobile bank will be terminated, but it will be possible to use it for registering downloaded SmartID.
