What is Banking package?

This is a set of daily banking services for a single fixed monthly fee.

How can I order a banking package?

Luminor banking packages can be ordered on the internet bank (Accounts/Cards → Banking packages → Order and view), by phone +370 5 239 3444 or by visiting the nearest customer service center (pre-registration required by calling +370 5 239 3444).

What services are included in Banking package?

Detailed list of services is specified in Pricelist.

In case one of the Banking packages is selected, will the Minimum service charge be applied as well?

In case of any Banking package selected, the Minimum service charge is not applied.

What payment card fees, transfer fees and other everyday service fees are applied to the customers who have not signed up for any Banking package?

The Minimum service charge is applied and services that are not covered by this fee are subject to standard fees set in the Pricelist.

If I have a second payment card that does not belong to a banking package, do I have to pay for it separately?

Yes, for additional payment card is applicable standard fee specified in the Pricelist.

Do you charge fees for outgoing payments in euros at the customer service center for customers who have signed up for a respective Banking package or are paying the Minimum service charge?

Yes, a standard commission fee is charged as specified in the bank's Pricelist.

Do you charge fees for incoming payments in other currencies for customers who have signed up for a respective Banking package or are paying the Minimum service charge?

Yes, a standard commission fee is charged as specified in the bank's Pricelist.

How can I withdraw or deposit cash to/from my account?

You can withdraw cash from your account using payment card at Luminor and other bank’s ATMs and Perlas POS terminals. Cash deposit is available at Luminor ATMs and Perlas POS terminals.

Can I withdraw/deposit cash from/to my account for free?

There are set limited amounts, related with particular payment card, which can be withdrawn/deposited for free. All detailed information is specified in Pricelist.

When Minimum service charge is applied?

Minimum service charge is applied when customer do not have any Banking Package and has at least one account in the bank. Minimum service charge is specified in Pricelist.

What is the difference between the Banking package and Minimum service charge?

Banking package offers more services for one fixed fee and is recommended to customers who use payment card. More details about Banking package can be found here, Minimum service charge – here.

Are banking packages mandatory?

No, Banking packages are not mandatory. If customer do not have Banking package, Minimum service charge provided in Pricelist is applied.

What is the Basic payment account service and is it mandatory?

Basic payment account service is the Basic payment account and minimum payment services for a single charge. The service charge may not exceed the maximum charge set by the Bank of Lithuania and disadvantaged persons are offered 50% discount. More information can be found in the Pricelist.
