**The discount is valid for new customers for the first 2 calendar months from the activation of Luminor Black package (if the package is activated within the period 2025-06-01 to 2025-08-31). For the third and next calendar months, the standard package fee (EUR 5.50 per month) will be set according to Luminor Price List. The package monthly fee is applied for a calendar month irrespective of the activation date. The offer is valid until 2025-08-31 or until revoked.

Life happens! Use the Luminor Black card for all your purchases, and you'll be covered by purchase insurance when you need it.

Enjoy built‑in purchase insurance for sudden and unexpected damage, destruction, or loss of purchased items:
- You can use your physical card, e‑wallet or, enter your card details if you are shopping online.
- Save the receipt or invoice of the purchase.
- Your item will be insured 210 days from the date of purchase. If your card is blocked or expires during the 210‑day period after the purchase, the insurance coverage will be ended.
- Insurance is meant for long term use items, such as gadgets, furniture, glasses, jewelry, sports equipment, or tools.

Broken/fissured bones insurance

The Luminor Black card supports you every step of the way – even at home! Luminor Black offers a EUR 100 insurance benefit for broken or fractured bones.
Important to know:
- The insurance benefit is available to Luminor Black card owners.
- To receive the insurance benefit, you need to provide X‑ray and/or computed tomography scans, as well as magnetic resonance imaging examinations.
- There is no need to provide receipts for medical expenses or other documents.

What to do in case of an insured event?

Travel insurance:

  • If you become ill or injured while travelling abroad and need to cover medical expenses, contact our travel assistance partner UAB OPS International by phone +370 5 203 0055 or [email protected] as soon as possible. 
  • For non‑medical cases after your return, please complete the form at eclaims.eu or contact Compensa Vienna Insurance Group by phone 19111 or +370 5 249 1911.

 Purchase insurance: 

  • Report your claim to Compensa Vienna Insurance Group on compensa.lt website or by phone 19111 or ++370 5 249 1911.
  • Provide a receipt or invoice confirming you bought the item using Luminor Black. 
  • Add photos of the damaged or stolen item.

Broken bones/fissures insurance:

  • Report your claim to Compensa Vienna Insurance Group on compensa.lt website or by phone 19111 or +370 5 249 1911.
  • Provide X‑ray and/or computed tomography scans, as well as magnetic resonance examinations.

Boost your financial flexibility with our optional credit limit

The credit limit on your payment card is a pre‑approved amount, available to you at any time. It appears as a positive balance on your card account. You can also add your personal funds or salary to the same account and use Luminor Black as your daily payment card.
- Minimum limit amount is EUR 600.
- You can use the credit limit amount for up to 45 days without a commission fee.
- Interest is applied only to the amount spent and not returned by the next month's 15th date.
- If you already have a Luminor Black card, you can apply for a credit limit via your internet bank.

If you’d like to change your cash-out and payment limits, send us an internet bank message or call us at +370 5 239 3444. The fees for changing limits are listed in our price list. There’s no fee if the limits are changed to the standard or amounts below the standard.

*Certain ATMs abroad may impose a fee, which will be displayed on the ATM screen. To withdraw money without a commission fee, please use another ATM network. This fee will be included in the total withdrawal amount, and as a result, the total limit of Luminor Black free cash withdrawals might be exceeded.
