Consumer Loan for improving home energy efficiency or installation of solar panels
Improve your home energy efficiency by installing air ventilation systems, heat pumps, and solar panels (including solar parks). Also wind turbines and parks connected to the network, batteries for storage of produced energy, and electric car changing equipment. Investing in these solutions not only contributes to a more sustainable future but also saves money.
- Annual fixed interest rate from 4.9 %
- Loan agreement fee – 1 % of the loan amount, not less than EUR 60
- Loan amounts from EUR 4,000 to EUR 30,000
- Loan term from 12 up to 120 months
- The loan can be repaid before maturity without additional fees
- No down payment required
- After applying for a consumer loan, cost estimation of a project or agreement with a vendor completing a home energy efficiency project should be provided. After signing the agreement with the bank, you commit to purchasing of home energy efficiency solution/solar panels. Bank can request to deliver a copy of the agreement in connection to the ESO in the case of Solar Panels

Representative example: if the loan amount is EUR 9,000, the fixed annual interest rate is 4.9 %, the loan term is 72 months, the agreement fee is EUR 90, the monthly account commission fee is EUR 1.30, then the monthly payment is EUR 144.53, total repayment amount – EUR 10,589.76, the annual percentage rate of charge (APR) – 5.71 %.
