Become a customer

If you are not Luminor client but you are Lithuanian citizen, you can start account opening process here (application is available in Lithuanian).

Smart-ID and electronically signing

It is the easiest way how to login to Luminor|DNB internet bank and mobile bank. More information about Smart-ID can be found here.
 
To electronically sign documents, you need Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature. If you have Smart-ID Basic account, then you can upgrade it to QES within minutes. Watch the video how you can do it.

All documents will be signed in the Dokobit environment, you can find an introduction here

Cards

Contactless payment limit is increased from 25 Euros to 50 Euros per payment to make physical card payments as safe as possible.

Order a new card

You can order a new card through the internet bank. Cards are delivered by mail to the address provided. More information about our card options can be found on our webpage.

If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Accounts/CardsPayment cards → Order a new card.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to CardsNew debit card application.
 
Change card payment limits

Your internet bank payment limits can be checked and changed in your internet bank.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Lithuanian version and choose Paraiskos (Applications) → Nauja paraiska (New application) → Dokumentų grupės –“Kreditai” and press Pildyti (to fill).
If you are using Luminor|Nordea go to Mail → New messageàsubject “Payment limits” (max limits can be set up to 29 000 eur/24h).

Account balance

You can check your account balance in your internet bank, mobile application and ATM network.

You can make payments in your internet bank, mobile application or during quarantine time by calling us +370 5 239 3444.

Set up a standing order

Standing orders and e-invoices can be also activated in your internet bank. 
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to PaymentsE-invoices → Requests → New.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Payments → Standing order → New standing order
 
Change internet bank payment limits

If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Lithuanian version and choose Paraiškos (Applications) → Nauja paraiška (New application) → Dokumentų grupes –“Kreditai” and press Pildyti (to fill).

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Mail → New message → subject “Payment limits” (max limits can be set up to 29 000 EUR/24h).

Daily banking packages

Daily banking package agreement can be activated and changed in internet bank or by calling us +370 5 239 3444.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Accounts/Cards → Banking packages → Order and view. Mark the changes you want to make and confirm them.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go Applications → New application → Application for new daily banking packages.

Loans and grace period

You can apply for the lending products in your internet bank as well as on Luminor’s webpage under Loans. Currently lending consultations are offered only remotely. Please apply for online consultation by filling in the application (application is available in Lithuanian).
 
If you want to apply for lending log in to your Internet bank and select ApplicationsNew application Loans.
If you have any questions about grace period, please, contact us and we will find the best solution.
 
Loan agreements can be signed with Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature and e-signature.

Leasing and grace period

You can apply for leasing products by filling out the application on Luminor’s home page.

If you have any questions about grace period, then please consult our Q&A. You can fill in the he application form (application is available in Lithuanian). The document can be completed in pdf format. After filling it in, sign it and send it to our mailbox lizingas@luminor.lt. Leasing related document can be signed with Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature.

Savings and investments

You can open deposit and saving accounts in your internet bank.

If you are using Luminor|DNB internet bank go to Saving and Investment → SavingNew deposit.

If you are using Luminor|Nordea internet bank go to Savings&Invstments → Deposits → Open time deposit/Open savings deposit.
 
You can ask for a release of deposit using free format message in internet bank section Mail → New message. More information about conditions of a Term Deposit for Luminor|DNB can be found here and for Luminor|Nordea here.

Pensions

You can apply for online 3rd Pension Pillar consultation by filling in the application on our webpage. You can apply and change your 2nd Pension Pillar plan on our website. Applications can be signed with Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature.
 
If you are using Luminor|DNB then you can change and apply for 2nd and 3rd Pension Pillar in internet bank using Lithuanian version under section Taupymas/Investavimas (Savings/Investments) → Pensiju Fondai (Pension funds) → Nauja II pakopos sutartis (New 2nd pillar agreement) or Nauja III pakopos sutartis (New 3rd pillar agreement).

If you are using Luminor 3rd Pillar Pension plans, you can see your current saving status on your internet bank under Savings and Investments → Pension funds → Pension agreements.

Internet bank and mobile application

For most of the remote services the easiest and often only way to access them is by using Luminor’s internet bank or mobile bank.
To start using our internet bank call +370 5 239 3444. Internet bank agreement can be remotely signed only with either e-signature or Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature.
